Production and Shipping Times
- Production Time: Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue. Most orders are produced within 3-5 business days, however, production times may vary due to order volume.
- Shipping Time: The time from when your package is handed over to the delivery company to its arrival at your destination.
Shipping Estimates- USA: 7-12 business days
- Other Countries: 10-15 business days
- Peak Season: An additional 3-4 days may be required during the end-of-year season.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery to some islands may take longer and may require more detailed shipping information.
International Shipping Charges
Customers will not incur any additional fees for international shipping. We cover all costs, including custom taxes, to ensure your order arrives with no extra charges.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your order.
- You can access our track order page anytime or send an SMS with the format “trackorder order_number email_address” (e.g., “trackorder 541321 example_email”) to our WhatsApp or contact lines listed on our contact page.
- For convenience, we use a global tracking number and URL in English. From this URL, you can find your local tracking number and carrier details.
Incorrect Address
- Address Updates: If you provide an incorrect address, you have up to 3 days from the order date to update it with us. After this period, if the address is incorrect, the order may fail to be delivered, and you will be responsible for this error. Please contact the final mile shipping carrier to correct the address.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit and your shipping address is correct, we will resend the order at no additional charge. You will also receive a coupon code as compensation.
