Return Policy

As all our products are made-to-order and customized just for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we understand that exceptions must be made in specific cases. We will offer a free replacement or a refund under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item.
  • Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order.
  • Errors in Customization: If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design.
  • Material Difference: If the item is materially different from what you ordered.

Note: Due to variations in monitor settings and lighting effects, the actual color and size of the item may differ slightly from the visual image. Return requests based on these reasons will not be considered. A size chart is provided on the product page for items with size variations.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, including your order number and the email address used for the order. Please note that you will need to cover the return shipping fee.

Additional Return Guidelines:

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 3 days from the date you receive your item. If 3 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Upon approval of your refund request, processing may take 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


Note: Refund timing to a prepaid card depends on the card issuer and may take up to 30 days based on their policy.


If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Partial Refunds:

If an item is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, you will receive a 70% refund of the item price.

Order Cancellation and Exchange Policy

Please contact our support team within 5 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel or make changes. After this timeframe, cancellation or exchange requests will not be accepted, and the order will be processed as normal.

  • Cancellation Fee: A management, processing, and transaction fee (1.5% of your total order value) will apply for cancellations.
  • Order Switching: Full refunds apply only to switching orders. When you place a new order, our system will automatically cancel the old order and refund 100%.

Anti-Fraud Measures

To protect our business and customers from fraudulent activities:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if we suspect any fraudulent behavior.
  • Customers may be required to provide additional information or documentation for verification purposes.
  • Multiple return requests for items ordered by the same customer may be flagged for review.
